Terms

The plain-language version of what you get when you buy Dabbit.

The license

Dabbit is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. A license lets you run the app on the number of Macs you paid for (one, two or three). You can deactivate a Mac from the app's License settings to free up a seat for another one.

The license is personal: one person, their Macs. A team that shares one key is buying the wrong thing; write to us and we'll sort out seats.

Updates

Every 1.x release is included with your purchase, delivered through the app's built-in updater. If a paid major version ever happens, existing licenses keep working on the version they have, forever.

The trial

You can use Dabbit for 14 days without a license, with everything switched on. When the trial ends the app asks for a key; nothing you made is deleted.

Refunds

If Dabbit doesn't do what you bought it for, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. We'd rather hear what went wrong, but the refund doesn't depend on it.

Payments and license keys

Purchases are handled by Polar, which acts as merchant of record: it charges you, handles taxes and issues the license key. Polar's own terms and privacy policy apply to the checkout.

The usual disclaimer

Dabbit is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it is free of bugs or that it suits every purpose, and our liability is limited to what you paid for it.
